Aftercare - cleaning

Cleaning

Surfaces will resist most household chemicals, however damage and discolouration can be caused by some chemicals and strong dyes such as concentrated fruit juices, beetroot juice etc. If spillage occurs, wipe away and rinse immediately, ensure to leave the surface to dry. Spillages (food colourings, concentrated fruit juices, hair dyes etc should be wiped off as soon as possible to minimise the risk of permanent staining. Do not use scouring powder, wire wool pads or oven cleaners.

Glass and high gloss doors - clean high gloss and glass doors with a soft damp cloth using a mild detergent. Never use harsh or abrasive cleaners.

Leaded doors - care should be taken using cleaning solutions on the decorative leading.

Cooking

When cooking and washing try to ensure there is adequate ventilation. Dryers, if possible, should be vented to the outside to avoid excessive humidity in the kitchen. Excessive changes in temperature and humidity should be avoided as much as possible.
